1998 List of IRS Sections Affected by House of Reps

This is the latest, 1998 List of sections affected from The House of Representatives. Yes, the House of Representatives has and must keep the entire list. It is more inclusive than the Federal Register or the LSA’s from the CFR’s.

Thought you all might like to see it especially if you are charged with a 7212, which is obstruction of a revenue agent from doing his duties. Now those duties can only come from that agency that wrote the regulation as herein cited that enabled them to use as their authority that particular section in the IRC/USC. Unless you are involved in that activity described by the regulation it is a false charge and is punishable by many, many Title 18 penalty statutes. Let’s see, “let me count the many ways.”

Notice that a substitute for a return, which the “Secretary” is allowed to make under 6020 (b) is made by what agency? In other words the private collection agent, Individuals Representing Satan, can only apply the Statute to one involved in the regulations promulgated on the activity that is cited as a regulation.

Now take a look at 26 USC 6065. What you see is two regulations, 26 Part 1, for the amount and 27 and all its Parts for the activity that caused those amounts to appear in 26 Part 1.

Lastly, please note 26 USC 7214 and the implementing regulations 5 CFR Part 3101 and 27 CFR Part 70. This means that ONLY government employees can be sued under this section. The IRS agent IS NOT a government employee and that is why he cannot be charged under this statute when he does you wrong. See my last posts on Agent and a Primer Person and Taxes and if you go further back in time I posted one on Special Agent IRS, which was 70,000 bytes of info proving no such animal, yea they are animals, exist as a government employee.

So, if you don’t see a regulation here, in the House of Representatives List, for a specific 26 USC then it does not exist and cannot be cited or used by any agency of the United States. By the way the list carries all titles from 1 to 50, I just pulled these few to show the latest and where it came from.
