So highly technical that no man of that time could understand it and no one knows what it says or means today. The comman man waited outside the convention hall and asked “What have you wrought us?"
Well if they wrote it why ask the question? Everyone said it was written so the common man can understand it. BA HUMBUG. That’s the Myth you will find in the Informer’s book.

Congress Ultimate Administrator of Federal Courts

Hello again people. I decided to do something a little different. Work on theory mixed with a little case law. I am going to try to show you that Congress is the ultimate ADMINISTRATOR of the Federal Courts.
But first let me tell you a factual story to put this into perspective. IRS took my wife’s money. I filed in small claims court against the bank. I lost. I appealed it to a superior court which people told me can’t be done.

Settling the matter that the common man never created the U.S. Constitution nor was the Bill or Rights for him

Since 1990 I have been preaching that the Constitution was never mine and the People in “We the People” was not the common man on the street, but rather the aristocracy of Hamilton, Jefferson, Adams, Washington, Jay and others. Lysander Spooner is another man in the 1800’s that had the same sentiments. He too showed that the constitution was not only NOT a contract with the people, but that none of the signers signed it with any conviction and it is evident that they only signed in a witness capacity.

The Myth of the Term "Law of the Land"

Most all people have a preconceived idea that the words Law of the Land, means the Constitution, some think it means Treaties because of what the US Supreme Court had stated about treaties being supreme. Still others think it means the Declaration of Independence.
These are all myths perpetrated by Government for so long that even patriot people believe this to be. I don’t believe that anyone has really read, in the law dictionaries, the real definition of “Law of the Land”.

Perspectives

What is the United States? Is it a person, place, a thing or what? It is a noun.
Hopefully what is to follow will get you to thinking. In 1990 I described this in my book Which One Are You? Now that “new blood” has come on the scene you may not have even heard of the book or me. For the old timers that know me, this is a slant that you never thought about.

This Is Not Conjecture. This Is Not Myth. This Is Not Patriot Myth.

THIS IS HOW IT IS AND ALL RETRIEVED FROM STATE ARCHIVES AS PROOF.
Meeting of researchers November 1996. Whereby Mr. P. is explaining what was found in government archives. The names are not real names to protect those at the meeting. They are referred to as Mr. A through Z to designate when another is speaking. All this material discussed is in a safe place and not until this day in December in the year 2000, did I decide to release it.

Addendum to New History of America I

Readers of The New History of America must realize that this book covers only a minute amount of material and others have been working on this along with this author. No one man can develop all the material that is needed to inform you, the reader, that you have been taken to the cleaners many times over by the people in power. You have no idea what has happened to you.

Addendum to New History of America II

This Addendum had to be written in 2008 because of further information that the 1996 writings taken by themselves would put one at a disadvantage if used solely as a guide to attack the government or be used as a defense. Since I had written and included in the New History, the Padleford case in 1996. This question was asked by one man;
“Request to the Informer: According to L Bork, (but Not Carl Miller) and others, we were not a party to the signing of the Constitution so it’s not binding on us.

Prelude to Sovereignty

I must start out with this prelude after writing the article below on sovereignty loss. I realized that people have no understanding of sovereignty and others that still control this land and people. This is similar to the Wizard of Oz after the curtain was lifted to just who the Wizard was. The curtain has not been lifted enought for the people of America to see.
To be absolutely correct on sovereignty, the people of 1776 to the present, have never been sovereign, period.

1868 Inaugural Speech of Governor Worth

The below is each page as scanned in of the 1868 Inaugural Speech of Governor Worth who was appointed by the President–although he says elected in his speech, thereby ousting the then elected present North Carolina governor. Worth was a straight military man. Please note the passage where Worth says the Congress gives us rights. He does not say God or unalienable rights.
